Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will make it right.

If you do not like your product for any reason, you may request a full refund or an exchange.

There is no time frame restriction for returns or exchanges.

• Opened or used products are accepted
• Proof of purchase is required

• Online purchases must be returned through our online return process
• In-store purchases must be returned at the original store location

Online and in-store purchases are processed separately and cannot be exchanged across channels.

Approved refunds are issued 100% to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges are available at any time.
Price differences will be handled accordingly.

For in-store purchases, please visit the store where the item was purchased with proof of purchase.
